Sodium chloride solution 5 M in H2O, BioReagent, for molecular biology, suitable for cell culture
Sodium chloride solution has been used as a component of mycobacterial lysis buffer to extract DNA.[1] It has also been used along with Dulbecco′s phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS) in the preparation of degassed buffer to elute plasma samples.[2]
Prepared in 18 megohm water.
