Tris Buffered Saline has been used as washing buffer for electrodes[2]. It was used to wash microtiter plates for western blot experiments and screening methods.[1]
Washing buffer for alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase conjugates in Western blotting. Working solution will contain 20 mM Tris, pH approx. 7.4, and 0.9% NaCl
Suitable for use as a washing buffer for alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase conjugates in dot blot assay.
